These terms govern your use of the All in Hand website at allinhand.com (the “Site”). All in Hand is currently in private beta; the Site is provided for information about the forthcoming service.

Informational use

The Site describes a product that is still in development. Features, pricing and availability shown here are indicative and may change before launch. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer.

Intellectual property

The All in Hand name, logo, text, graphics and design are owned by All in Hand and protected by law. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use; you may not copy, redistribute or reuse its content without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, or use it unlawfully.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Site may link to third-party sites (such as the ICO). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
